CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 3 (three) business hours’ notice from the start of your appointment. For example, if your appointment is scheduled between 12pm-4pm, you must notify us before 9am on the same day. If you call after business hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.
A service call can only be cancelled by speaking with a live agent, who will provide you with a cancellation code over the phone. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call fee of 125$. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
