My KitchenAid dishwasher was cycling but not cleaning anything — glasses were coming out looking worse than when they went in. Tech found the circulation pump was running at reduced capacity due to a buildup of debris and a worn impeller. He replaced the pump assembly and ran a test cycle while I watched. Came out completely clean and the machine has been fine since
We had our Maytag washing machine serviced after it refused to complete the spin cycle. The technician diagnosed the lid switch promptly and had the correct replacement part with him. Repair was completed cleanly and the machine has worked well since. Satisfactory service overall.
