I’m making sure every branch gets the same review because I have no idea which one serviced my machine. This business is probably great for a newer washer or appliance that needs tech repair or easy to get factory parts, but they are not where you want to go if you have an old machine. The repair guy was very nice, polite, and respectful. However, he was not able to repair my machine as the company only repairs appliances with OEM parts and my machine is too old for the parts to be made by the factory. I am very impressed that I received a call when I notified the company about this issue and they refunded me completely. So, this is an honest company.

My experience with Superior Appliance Repair was fantastic. I called around before choosing them, and they had by far the best service fee, customer service, and answer time. Their scheduling was flexible, and the technician arrived on time. The technician traced the issue to a partially blocked water inlet valve and replaced it during the service call. He also suggested a filter replacement, which he had on hand. The refrigerator has produced ice consistently since. Good, attentive service.
