Quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me a few repair options instead of trying to push the most expensive route. The tech was so rude because I wouldn’t pay the $200 up charge for a part. I got an OEM pump and had them put it in my dishwasher. When he was done, I asked him if everything was working now he said I don’t know it depends on your part. He did not even bother to check his work. He seemed appalled that I wanted to make sure my dishwasher worked before I paid him. The real kicker, he left the old pump on my counter, and it was simply clogged with a teabag. It was not broken and did not need to be replaced. He never actually diagnosed my Appliance. UPDATE: customer Service reached out to me after my negative experience and did an excellent job making things right. I am happy with the results and my dishwasher is working very well.

The circulation pump in our Electrolux dishwasher had partially failed, resulting in poor water pressure during cycles and dishes that were not being properly cleaned. The technician diagnosed the pump motor as the cause and replaced it. He also serviced the filter assembly and ran two test cycles before confirming the repair was complete. The dishwasher has performed well since. Good, methodical work.

Our washing machine failed to drain water or spin when we were washing a load of clothes on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Solution Appliance repair via their website and I received a return call within 15 minutes. We were able to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. Frank A, the repair specialist who is specifically trained to fix LG appliances arrived at the designated time. He immediately ran a series of diagnostics and was able to narrow the problem down to a motor sensor which needed to be replaced. He had the correct part in his vehicle and he was able to replace it very quickly and at a reasonable cost. He was extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. We will absolutely contact Solution Appliance Repair and ask for Frank if we need appliances repaired in the future.

washer lid lock was broken so the machine wouldn’t start at all. tech came out next day, swapped the lid lock assembly, running in 20 minutes. fair price for a quick fix
