The tech came out, cleaned the igniter socket, and replaced one igniter that had cracked. He also realigned the burner cap which was apparently contributing to the issue. I orignally figured I’d just replace the dryer because it had been acting up for a while. The tech talked me through the actual issue — a failed thermistor — and was straightforward about the cost comparison. Way cheaper than a new unit and it’s been running great since. I’d been putting off this repair for a while because I figured it would be a hassle to schedule and probably expensive. My Samsung washer was making a violent shaking noise during the spin cycle — like it was about to walk out of the laundry room. Booked online the same evening, got a morning slot, and the tech was here on time. He found the drum bearings were worn and replaced them efficiently. The whole job took about two hours and definitly came in at a more reasonable price than I was bracing for!

I appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right without leaving us stuck with problems following the original repair. While the communication could have been better initially, I was pleased with how they handled the situation once we connected and appreciate them taking care of the problem.

I’m making sure every branch gets the same review because I have no idea which one serviced my machine. This business is probably great for a newer washer or appliance that needs tech repair or easy to get factory parts, but they are not where you want to go if you have an old machine. The repair guy was very nice, polite, and respectful. However, he was not able to repair my machine as the company only repairs appliances with OEM parts and my machine is too old for the parts to be made by the factory. I am very impressed that I received a call when I notified the company about this issue and they refunded me completely. So, this is an honest company.

I have aan old (vintage 2000 Whirlpool fridge that I have been told to hold onto as I will never find a new one as reliable. I just moved it from Florida to Texas last month and it died. The tech was so rude because I wouldn’t pay the $200 up charge for a part. I got an OEM pump and had them put it in my dishwasher. When he was done, I asked him if everything was working now he said I don’t know it depends on your part. He did not even bother to check his work. He seemed appalled that I wanted to make sure my dishwasher worked before I paid him. The real kicker, he left the old pump on my counter, and it was simply clogged with a teabag. It was not broken and did not need to be replaced. He never actually diagnosed my Appliance. UPDATE: customer Service reached out to me after my negative experience and did an excellent job making things right. I am happy with the results and my dishwasher is working very well.
