Raymond came and did a diagnostic on my dryer because it was making a loud noise. He was able to find the problem quickly and assess what parts I would need for the repair and quoted me a price. I chose not to repair the dryer and will just buy a new one.

The guy was quick, kind, and fixed our fridge for us so easy especially with Christmas right around the corner! It was a little pricey for the parts/labor but I suppose it was cheaper than a new fridge. lol

Easy appointment & one-time service! Very friendly technician! He took the time to explain the problem with my dryer and how to prevent it in the future. Cleaned the dirt build up in the equipment after repairing it. He also helped me resolve another issue with my washer at no extra cost. Gave me a good discount on the final price. He even called back the next day to make sure it was working well! It’s a pleasure to come across service companies that truly care about the customer.
