Excellent service knowledgeable technician

I’m making sure every branch gets the same review because I have no idea which one serviced my machine. This business is probably great for a newer washer or appliance that needs tech repair or easy to get factory parts, but they are not where you want to go if you have an old machine. The repair guy was very nice, polite, and respectful. However, he was not able to repair my machine as the company only repairs appliances with OEM parts and my machine is too old for the parts to be made by the factory. I am very impressed that I received a call when I notified the company about this issue and they refunded me completely. So, this is an honest company.

Our oven control board had malfunctioned and the display was showing error codes we could not clear. I was concerned a board replacement would be costly. The technician assessed the unit and confirmed the board needed to be replaced. He sourced the correct OEM component and returned for the installation as scheduled. I have aan old (vintage 2000 Whirlpool fridge that I have been told to hold onto as I will never find a new one as reliable. I just moved it from Florida to Texas last month and it died. The tech was so rude because I wouldn’t pay the $200 up charge for a part. I got an OEM pump and had them put it in my dishwasher. When he was done, I asked him if everything was working now he said I don’t know it depends on your part. He did not even bother to check his work. He seemed appalled that I wanted to make sure my dishwasher worked before I paid him. The real kicker, he left the old pump on my counter, and it was simply clogged with a teabag. It was not broken and did not need to be replaced. He never actually diagnosed my Appliance. UPDATE: customer Service reached out to me after my negative experience and did an excellent job making things right. I am happy with the results and my dishwasher is working very well.
