The tech was so rude because I wouldn’t pay the $200 up charge for a part. I got an OEM pump and had them put it in my dishwasher. When he was done, I asked him if everything was working now he said I don’t know it depends on your part. He did not even bother to check his work. He seemed appalled that I wanted to make sure my dishwasher worked before I paid him. The real kicker, he left the old pump on my counter, and it was simply clogged with a teabag. It was not broken and did not need to be replaced. He never actually diagnosed my Appliance. UPDATE: customer Service reached out to me after my negative experience and did an excellent job making things right. I am happy with the results and my dishwasher is working very well.

For the first time, I’ve been this astonished and appalled in a good way with the service I received here. Quick, efficient, communicative, friendly. Been to many repair shops, but none compare to this one, and never will!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!! Keep up the good work, kudos!

My dryer kept stopping after about five minutes and I wasn’t sure if it was overheating or a sensor issue. Turned out it was both — a clogged exhaust duct causing the high-limit thermostat to trip. Tech cleared the duct and replaced the thermostat. Ran it through three cycles in front of me to confirm it would run a full load. That kind of thoroughness was good to see
