**Updated Review:** I initially had some concerns after a dryer repair because the dryer was significantly louder than before and the interior light stopped working. I also had some difficulty getting a response after my initial calls, which was frustrating given that we had spent around $300 on the repair. However, the company ultimately followed up, came back out, and rectified the issues. I appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right without leaving us stuck with problems following the original repair. While the communication could have been better initially, I was pleased with how they handled the situation once we connected and appreciate them taking care of the problem.

I’d been putting off this repair for a while because I figured it would be a hassle to schedule and probably expensive. My Samsung washer was making a violent shaking noise during the spin cycle — like it was about to walk out of the laundry room. Booked online the same evening, got a morning slot, and the tech was here on time. He found the drum bearings were worn and replaced them efficiently. The whole job took about two hours and definitly came in at a more reasonable price than I was bracing for!
