I’m making sure every branch gets the same review because I have no idea which one serviced my machine. This business is probably great for a newer washer or appliance that needs tech repair or easy to get factory parts, but they are not where you want to go if you have an old machine. The repair guy was very nice, polite, and respectful. However, he was not able to repair my machine as the company only repairs appliances with OEM parts and my machine is too old for the parts to be made by the factory. I am very impressed that I received a call when I notified the company about this issue and they refunded me completely. So, this is an honest company.

My gas cooktop had one burner that kept clicking continuously even when it wasn’t in use — incredibly annoying. The tech came out, cleaned the igniter socket, and replaced one igniter that had cracked. He also realigned the burner cap which was apparently contributing to the issue. I’d been putting off this repair for a while because I figured it would be a hassle to schedule and probably expensive. My Samsung washer was making a violent shaking noise during the spin cycle — like it was about to walk out of the laundry room. Booked online the same evening, got a morning slot, and the tech was here on time. He found the drum bearings were worn and replaced them efficiently. The whole job took about two hours and definitly came in at a more reasonable price than I was bracing for!
