We called about our failing 17 yearold Fridge and a service person was at our home the next day… the Team of two checked many things to determine “the brain” or main fan had completely failed. Obtaining the part was iffy but they offered getting the order done but did explain that after paying… we may find nothing is found and monthly later it would be refunded…. After a day of thinking, we decided to buy a new one but in the meantime they gave advice on how to keep our old Fridge chugging along as efficiently as possible. A simple home repair charge as predicted for all that work and advice was more than fair!!

George was efficient, friendly, and quickly resolved our issue! We needed a new drain pump for the washer and lacked tools and time to do it ourselves. Same day service from the time we booked an appointment as well, so as a family with small children and endless laundry it was nice not to have to experience a delay in our routine!
