Our refrigerator had stopped cooling. I called Superior and even with the Ice storm here in Dallas, they were here on schedule. The technician was very thorough and fast! We were low in refrigerant and gave me options on the service he could provide. Bottom line, if we have a problem again, I’m going to let Superior replace the condenser and the coils! I trust em’!

The service man dispatched was polite and worked til he was able to complete a diagnosis. He showed and explained to me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him and this service. My only negative was that when I called the service line twice the day prior to ask a question, neither time did I get any answer or call-back. But otherwise great.
