My dryer kept tripping the breaker. I submitted an online request and received a call in under 5 minutes. They offered same-day service that afternoon, but I had an appointment and scheduled for the next day. Raymond was the technician and was very responsive to my messages. After replacing a part (not sure of what it’s called), the dryer seemed to work, so he left. Wouldn’t you know it, 15 minutes later the breaker tripped again. It was after hours, so I called and left a message. Less than 30 minutes later Raymond sent a text message asking if he could come back the next day. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out, but he came the second day and replaced the heating element. After letting it run for a while, it appeared to be fixed. But again, it tripped the breaker not long after he left. I messaged him and he immediately returned my message and suggested I check with a an electrician to check the breaker itself. If that did not correct things, to let him know. We replaced the breaker and now the dryer works great! Thanks, Raymond! Some time ago my wife wanted a double oven, she loves to bake etc. Miele isn’t cheap but even the service guy commented on how much she used both ovens. Panic set in when the top oven element shorted and burnt out. After 15 years we were preparing for the worse but called service. Superior Appliance Repair, called, booked an appt time and Vince showed up. He did his thing, going thru the touch pad controls checking out the oven functions. Element on the top was Done for sure, with a new one being ordered. New element arrived shortly and Vince brought it buy to install. Vince went thru all the functions, checked heat and fans, top and bottom. Vince was quietly going thru the process, tapping buttons that I never use, with ease ( it’s not my oven it’s my wife’s, OK I don’t cook ) obviously comfortable in his skill and knowledge. Hopefully we won’t need to call an appliance repair service again, but that would be wishfull thinking. The best part is not having to listen to my wife complain ( Happy wife Happy Life ). We called about our failing 17 yearold Fridge and a service person was at our home the next day… the Team of two checked many things to determine “the brain” or main fan had completely failed. Obtaining the part was iffy but they offered getting the order done but did explain that after paying… we may find nothing is found and monthly later it would be refunded…. After a day of thinking, we decided to buy a new one but in the meantime they gave advice on how to keep our old Fridge chugging along as efficiently as possible. A simple home repair charge as predicted for all that work and advice was more than fair!!
