What a fantastic help! A few of weeks ago, my washing machine, a Bloomberg, stopped working. Others who did diagnostics on my appliances informed me the fuse was blown but that replacing the whole box was necessary since no replacement fuse was available. The component won’t arrive for another 6 weeks, either. While searching for a solution, I found superior appliances repair. My washing machine was repaired the next day after he offered a thorough diagnosis the day before.

That’s when I came across Superior Appliances Repair. The technicians who came out were professional, thorough, and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out there were actually three separate issues all of which they fixed in a timely manner. The pricing was reasonable, and I was very happy with the service. I’ve saved their information and will definitely use them again in the future.
I had issues with my electric dryer, made an appointment next day. The repairman gave me message that they were on their way and showed up in the time slot, which is very nice. He did a quick diagnostic, determined it was a bad electrical part, had it in his van and fixed it all in less than an hour. Really impressive and no hassle, plus the dryer works perfectly now. Would definitely recommend them.

Our gas oven went out and they were quick in getting it back up and running. Replaced the ignition. From first diagnostic visit, to getting the part shipped, and installed took 24 hours. Thank you!
The technician was extremely fast and effective. He immediately followed all the correct troubleshooting steps and was able to quickly inform me that my dryer outlet was only producing 120V instead of 240 which led me down a rabbit hole that thankfully I ended up solving without needing an electrician by replacing the dryer outlet that the renovators got paint in! Without him doing his job properly and effectively I would have been so lost trying to fix my dryer.

Our dishwasher sprung a link. Called Superior Appliances Repair. They sent out Raymond A. He couldn’t speak english, but did his best to communicate via pointing and pictures. He could order the needed part and be out to repair in 2-3 days. We paid about half of the total cost up front (fine by me – cover the cost of the first trip, ordering the part, etc) and now haven’t heard anything from Raymond A. or Superior for over a week. I’ve sent three emails, two texts and called multiple times – leaving unanswered voicemails. We used them once in the past and the work was done fine – then they asked for us to leave them a positive review and they would refund $15. So, I’m not skeptical of all of their positive reviews. Can someone from the company please contact me with either a refund or the work completed? Thank you! Update: I’ve changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Our dishwasher has been fixed and is running well. Raymond apologized and admitted that he was supposed to reach out to us to let us know that the part had been delayed in shipping, but that he forgot. I can appreciate that. I recognize that it was his responsibility, but I’m still surprised I never heard back directly from the company after multiple attempts. Without the communication snafu, everything else was fine.

Raymond came and did a diagnostic on my dryer because it was making a loud noise. He was able to find the problem quickly and assess what parts I would need for the repair and quoted me a price. I chose not to repair the dryer and will just buy a new one.
