Our washing machine failed to drain water or spin when we were washing a load of clothes on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Solution Appliance repair via their website and I received a return call within 15 minutes. We were able to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. Frank A, the repair specialist who is specifically trained to fix LG appliances arrived at the designated time. He immediately ran a series of diagnostics and was able to narrow the problem down to a motor sensor which needed to be replaced. He had the correct part in his vehicle and he was able to replace it very quickly and at a reasonable cost. He was extremely professional and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. We will absolutely contact Solution Appliance Repair and ask for Frank if we need appliances repaired in the future.

The technician identified a piece of clothing that had wrapped around the heating element — a hazard he described as surprisingly common. He also cleared a significant lint buildup from the drum area and exhaust path. The dryer has operated normally and safely since. Glad I called promptly.

The built-in refrigerator in our kitchen had been running for many years without incident when we began to notice moisture accumulating between the glass doors. This indicated a seal failure. The technician assessed both door gaskets and found the primary one had torn and was no longer forming an adequate seal. He replaced the gasket and also adjusted the door alignment, which had drifted over time. The condensation issue resolved within a day of the repair and the refrigerator has maintained consistent temperature since. The technician was thorough, took his time with the alignment, and confirmed the fix before leaving. Well worth the cost.

washer lid lock was broken so the machine wouldn’t start at all. tech came out next day, swapped the lid lock assembly, running in 20 minutes. fair price for a quick fix
