I called late on a Saturday evening expecting to leave a message, but to my surprise, someone answered, AND said they could send a technician that night. By Monday morning I got a text that the part was in and could they come that day to replace. Same tech, Farr, who was fabulous by the way, replaced the part and my icemaker started working again.
