I’d been putting off this repair for a while because I figured it would be a hassle to schedule and probably expensive. My Samsung washer was making a violent shaking noise during the spin cycle — like it was about to walk out of the laundry room. Booked online the same evening, got a morning slot, and the tech was here on time. He found the drum bearings were worn and replaced them efficiently. The whole job took about two hours and definitly came in at a more reasonable price than I was bracing for!
