They arrived the same day and worked very hard to get my issue resolved. They even worked with the manufacture, a great service experience.
Service technician was on time and was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution.
My KitchenAid dishwasher was cycling but not cleaning anything — glasses were coming out looking worse than when they went in. Tech found the circulation pump was running at reduced capacity due to a buildup of debris and a worn impeller. He replaced the pump assembly and ran a test cycle while I watched. Came out completely clean and the machine has been fine since
