The wash performance of our Frigidaire dishwasher had declined progressively over several months. The technician identified worn spray arm nozzles and a partially clogged water inlet valve as the primary causes. He replaced the valve and cleaned the spray arms thoroughly during the visit. The dishwasher has returned to cleaning the dishes properly. A thorough inspection that resolved several issues in one visit.

The water inlet valve on our Samsung refrigerator had failed, cutting off both the ice maker and the water dispenser. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had a compatible replacement valve available and installed it during the visit. Both functions were restored and the machine has operated normally since. I had an LG refrigerator that was leaking water onto the floor from under the unit. Tech traced it to a blocked defrost drain — the water was overflowing and finding its way out the bottom. He cleared the drain and made sure the drain pan was seated properly. No more puddles on the kitchen floor
