I have aan old (vintage 2000 Whirlpool fridge that I have been told to hold onto as I will never find a new one as reliable. I just moved it from Florida to Texas last month and it died. Farr from Superior was quick in diagnosing the problem as a bad thermostat and was able to get the hardware in and replaced in 3 days. Fridge works great once again! Great job!

My gas cooktop had one burner that kept clicking continuously even when it wasn’t in use — incredibly annoying. The tech came out, cleaned the igniter socket, and replaced one igniter that had cracked. He also realigned the burner cap which was apparently contributing to the issue. I’d been putting off this repair for a while because I figured it would be a hassle to schedule and probably expensive. My Samsung washer was making a violent shaking noise during the spin cycle — like it was about to walk out of the laundry room. Booked online the same evening, got a morning slot, and the tech was here on time. He found the drum bearings were worn and replaced them efficiently. The whole job took about two hours and definitly came in at a more reasonable price than I was bracing for!
