My refrigerator/freezer had stopped cooling, within an hour the issue was diagnosed and the part (which they showed me the price for transparency) was installed. I would highly recommend Superior Appliance Repair, and will be giving them my business again in the future.

My dryer kept stopping after about five minutes and I wasn’t sure if it was overheating or a sensor issue. Turned out it was both — a clogged exhaust duct causing the high-limit thermostat to trip. Tech cleared the duct and replaced the thermostat. Ran it through three cycles in front of me to confirm it would run a full load. That kind of thoroughness was good to see
