I’m making sure every branch gets the same review because I have no idea which one serviced my machine. This business is probably great for a newer washer or appliance that needs tech repair or easy to get factory parts, but they are not where you want to go if you have an old machine. The repair guy was very nice, polite, and respectful. However, he was not able to repair my machine as the company only repairs appliances with OEM parts and my machine is too old for the parts to be made by the factory. I am very impressed that I received a call when I notified the company about this issue and they refunded me completely. So, this is an honest company.

I have aan old (vintage 2000 Whirlpool fridge that I have been told to hold onto as I will never find a new one as reliable. I just moved it from Florida to Texas last month and it died. Farr from Superior was quick in diagnosing the problem as a bad thermostat and was able to get the hardware in and replaced in 3 days. Fridge works great once again! Great job!

The wash performance of our Frigidaire dishwasher had declined progressively over several months. The technician identified worn spray arm nozzles and a partially clogged water inlet valve as the primary causes. He replaced the valve and cleaned the spray arms thoroughly during the visit. The dishwasher has returned to cleaning the dishes properly. A thorough inspection that resolved several issues in one visit.

My KitchenAid dishwasher was cycling but not cleaning anything — glasses were coming out looking worse than when they went in. Tech found the circulation pump was running at reduced capacity due to a buildup of debris and a worn impeller. He replaced the pump assembly and ran a test cycle while I watched.
