The water inlet valve on our Samsung refrigerator had failed, cutting off both the ice maker and the water dispenser. The technician arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had a compatible replacement valve available and installed it during the visit. Both functions were restored and the machine has operated normally since. The technician communicated well throughout and the pricing was consistent with the estimate provided by phone.

I had an LG refrigerator that was leaking water onto the floor from under the unit. Tech traced it to a blocked defrost drain — the water was overflowing and finding its way out the bottom. He cleared the drain and made sure the drain pan was seated properly. No more puddles on the kitchen floor
