I had an LG refrigerator that was leaking water onto the floor from under the unit. Tech traced it to a blocked defrost drain — the water was overflowing and finding its way out the bottom. He cleared the drain and made sure the drain pan was seated properly. No more puddles on the kitchen floor

The technician identified a piece of clothing that had wrapped around the heating element — a hazard he described as surprisingly common. He also cleared a significant lint buildup from the drum area and exhaust path. The dryer has operated normally and safely since. Glad I called promptly.

He replaced the gasket and also adjusted the door alignment, which had drifted over time. The technician was thorough, took his time with the alignment, and confirmed the fix before leaving. Well worth the cost.
